      摘要:
      構建精益日常管理與改進體系,以持續質量改進看板、質量指標看板、質量監督看板及項目落實看板實施質量改進活動,在優化服務流程、節約與控制成本、提升員工與患者滿意度等方面發揮了積極作用。認為看板管理是醫院精益日常管理與改進的有效工具。
      Abstract:
      The lean daily management and improvement system was established, quality improvement activities were implemented with continuous quality improvement dashboard, quality indicator dashboard, quality supervision dashboard and project implementation dashboard, which played a positive role in optimizing service process, saving and controlling costs, and improving employee and patient satisfaction. The dashboard management is an effective tool for hospital lean daily management and improvement.
