From the Washington Beltway (I-95):
Summary: Exit 11A, Rt 4 South/East - Right (new exit) on Rt 260 East - Right on Rt 261 South - Left on Breezy Point Rd. and follow to the Marina.
Details: Stay on Rt 4 for about 20 miles until you see signs for Chesapeake Beach. Those signs will direct you to take the new right exit to Rt 260. Stay on Rt. 260 for about 10 miles until it ends. When you reach the end turn right on Rt 261 South for about 5 miles. Turn left at Breezy Point Rd. and follow to the Marina.
Summary: From 7th Street - I-395 North - I-295 South - Suitland Parkway East - Rt 4 South/East - Right (new exit) on Rt 260 East - Right on Rt 261 South - Left on Breezy Point Rd. and follow to the Marina.
Details: If you're familiar with the Southeast-Southwest Freeway to the Suitland Parkway, the Suitland Parkway dead ends into Rt 4. Take Rt 4 South/East for about 20 miles until you see signs for Chesapeake Beach. Those signs will direct you to take the new right exit to Rt 260. Stay on Rt. 260 for about 10 miles until it ends. When you reach the end turn right on Rt 261 South for about 5 miles. Turn left at Breezy Point Rd. and follow to the Marina.
From Downtown Washington (if you're not familiar with using the Suitland Parkway):Summary: Pennsylvania
Avenue East until it turns into Rt 4 South/East - Right (new exit) on Rt 260 East - Right on Rt 261 South - Left on Breezy
Point Rd. and follow to the Marina.
Details: Stay on Pennsylvania Avenue East until it turns into Rt 4 South/East. About 20 miles after passing the beltway, you will see signs for Chesapeake Beach. Those signs will direct you to take the new right exit to Rt 260. Stay on Rt.260 for about 10 miles until it ends. When you reach the end turn right on Rt 261 South for about 5 miles. Turn left at Breezy Point Rd. and follow to the Marina.
From Annapolis (starting at Rt 2 South at Parole):
Summary: Left of Rt 260 East - Right on Rt 261 South - Left on Breezy Point Rd. and follow to the Marina.
Details: From Parole, take Rt 2 South for about 25 miles. After about 12 miles you will come to a traffic circle that you have to go 3/4 of the way around in order to remain on Rt 2. It is clearly marked so you should not have any problems if you follow the signs. When you get to Rt 260 East, turn left. Follow Rt 260 to its end. Make a right turn onto Rt 261 South for about 5 miles. Turn left at Breezy Point Rd. and follow to the Marina.
Summary: Rt 2/4 North - Right on Rt 263 (Plum Pt. Rd.) - Left on Rt 261North - Right on Breezy Point Rd. and follow to the Marina.
Details: Rt 263 (Plum Pt. Rd.) is approximately 3 miles north of Prince Frederick, and is well marked. There is a traffic signal at the intersection. Proceed east on Rt 263 for approximately 4 miles until Rt 261 bears off to the left. Proceed north on Rt 261 for about 1 mile, and turn right on Breezy Pt. Rd. and follow to the Marina.
From the Delaware Memorial Bridge:Summary: I-95 South - I-895 South to Old Baltimore Harbor Tunnel - I-97 South - Right on Rt 665 East - Right on Rt 2 South - Left on Rt 260 East - Right on Rt 261 South - Left on Breezy Point Rd. and follow to the Marina. Total Drive Time: Approximately 2 hours and 10 minutes
Details: From the bridge,
follow the signs for I-95 South toward Baltimore. Just outside Baltimore, you will see
signs for I-895 that runs through the Old Baltimore Harbor Tunnel. Do not become confused
with the Ft. McHenry tunnel - you want the Harbor Tunnel. When you come out of the tunnel,
look for signs for I-97 South and continue toward Annapolis. Just before Rt 97 turns into
Rt 50, near Annapolis, you will pass under two decorative overpasses (they have fancy
brickwork on them). Just beyond the overpasses, you will see signs for
Rt 665 East. Rt 665 is a short expressway that will take you to Rt 2 South. Make a right
to exit onto Rt 2 South and go about 25 miles to Rt. 260 East. About 12 miles down Rt 2
there will be a traffic circle that you will have to go 3/4 of the way around to remain on
Rt 2. Follow the signs and you will not have any problems. Once you get to Rt 260 East,
turn left and follow it until it ends at Rt 261. Turn Right onto Rt 261 South for about 5 miles. Turn left at Breezy Point Rd. and
follow to the Marina.
From Richmond:
Summary: I-95 North - Rt 207 East - Rt 301 North - Rt 4 South/East - Right (new exit) on Rt 260 East - Right on Rt 261 South - Left on Breezy Point Rd. and follow to the Marina.
Details: The exit for Rt
207 is the first one past Kings Dominion as you travel up I-95 North. Take Rt 207 East
toward Bowling Green until you come to Rt 301 North. Take Rt 301 North over the Potomac
River Bridge and continue on to
Rt 4 South/East. Rt 4 is about 40 miles from the Potomac River Bridge. Take
Rt 4 South/East until you see signs for Chesapeake Beach. Those signs will direct you to
take the new right exit to Rt 260. Stay on Rt. 260 for about 10 miles until it ends.
When you reach the end turn right on
Rt 261 South for about 5 miles. Turn left at Breezy
Point Rd. and follow to the Marina.
Summary: Rt 17 North - Rt 301 North - Rt 2/4 South/East - Right (new exit) on Rt 260 East - Right on Rt 261 South - Left on Breezy Point Rd. and follow to the Marina.

Stay on Rt. 260 for about 10 miles until it ends. When you reach the end turn righton Rt 261 South for about 5 miles. Turn left at Breezy Point Rd. and follow to the Marina.
